I must applaud Great Eastern Life.
As probably some of you will know, my mother was hospitalised back in March and I’m still waiting for the reimbursement by the insurers.
Nothing delayed Great Eastern, it was the CPF/Medisave/Medishield board that took the usual 6 weeks, the Raffles Hospital’s bills and doctor’s statement that took like forever, etc…..
